直火焼炙りめんたい

お土産でいただくことが多い、まつ本の“直火焼炙りめんたい”。皮はこんごりと香ばしく、中身はしっとりと生のまま。
ご飯との相性は言うまでもありませんが、明日からは“切子めんたい”なので、また楽しみです♪
